Your Road Map
Your Road Map Thru HPV Oropharyngeal Cancer
You‘ve just returned from the doctor’s with a diagnosis of human papillomavirus (HPV) oropharyngeal cancer.
If you’re looking at this site, it means that you’ve been searching for information online. By now you’ve probably noticed that there is a great deal of information on the Internet “about” your cancer. That would be great if you were only faced with writing a college term paper.
You may also be asking yourself the “why me” and “how did I get this” questions.
None of that is important at this point.
“WHAT DO I DO?” is the IMPORTANT QUESTION!
This site is dedicated to answering this all-important “WHAT DO I DO?” question.
This site speaks from first-hand experience. It’s founder and primary contributor was successfully treated at M.D. Anderson Proton Center in Houston for HPV base-of-tongue squamous cell carcinoma in 2015. Other contributors have also been treated for HPV head and neck cancer at M.D. Anderson Proton Center and other top-shelf treatment centers in the U.S. Our goal is to cut through the overwhelming amount of information “about” HPV oropharyngeal cancer and provide you with a comprehensive step-by-step ROAD MAP of “WHAT TO DO” – based on what we’ve learned first hand as survivors – but also thrivers!
